Updated on October 9th, 2013

Oral presentations

Each oral presentation will be allocated 20 minutes. 15 minutes are dedicated to the author's talk and 5 minutes to questions and discussion. The speakers are requested to upload their files one day before the presentation. Authors presenting on Monday afternoon are requested to upload their presentations around Monday noon.
The use of ppt and pdf files is recommended.

Poster presentations

Each poster will be allocated a separate panel in portrait format. To fit the panel, the recommended maximum size for your poster is 84 cm by 119 cm (size A0). The poster panels are numbered according to the poster list in the technical program.

Posters shall be on display during the day dedicated to the specific poster session. Authors are invited to be available for discussions on their posters during the session breaks and dedicated poster session times.

The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL letters about 25mm high. Below the title put the author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s). The flow of your poster should be from the top left to the bottom right.
The smallest text on your poster should be at least 9 mm high, and the important points should be in a larger size. Use a sans-serif font (such as "cmss" in the Computer Modern family or the "Helvetica" PostScript font) to make the print easier to read from a distance.
